Cancellation Policy

At Complete Hapkido Gold Coast, we are committed to providing a supportive and consistent training environment for all students. We also understand that situations change, and students may need to cancel their membership. The following policy outlines the process and conditions for cancellation:

Notice Period

A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel your membership. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or in person at the front desk.

Billing and Final Payments

Up to two final payments may be processed during the 30-day notice period, depending on your billing schedule. You will continue to have full access to classes during this time.

Suspension vs. Cancellation

If you’re taking a short break (e.g. for holidays, injury, or personal reasons), you may request to suspend your membership instead. Suspension requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to approval.

Rejoining Policy

Students who cancel and later wish to return may need to complete a new enrolment and may be subject to current membership rates. Past promotions or pricing may not apply.

Special Considerations

In cases of serious injury, illness, or significant personal hardship, management may consider waiving the notice period at their discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
